Greetings Visitors and Welcome!
A little note of introduction...

In all of my written works, one theme remains the same and that is our ability to
look at life through the lense of mythology. Ancient religious myths, as well as
new alternative myths, are windows into the ways that humankind views itself and its
relationship to the Supreme Source. While we may not relate to other's views of
sacred myth, these myths do exist as indicators of how people reconcile all of the
trials, challenges and glories that make up our lives. Myths also give us seasonal
celebrations, and a multitude of ways to celebrate being alive. There have been times
when religious factions have challenged the "truth" of various myths, but this kind of
"truth" will always be highly personal. As long as we are treating each other well,
these views need to be respected.

Whatever myths we gravitate to, honoring our Sacred Source and seeing the magic
of the Source in all of life, certainly changes our perspective to one of honoring
and of feeling a sense of appreciation for life, while bringing light into our own
part of the Divine Play. In the words attributed to Jesus, from The Gospel of
Thomas,
in the Nag Hammadi Codices, "We came from the light, the place
where the light came into being [...]."

Blessings, Jennifer.

THE HOLY BOOK OF MARY MAGDALENE
The Path of the Grail Steward

by Jennifer Reif, 2008

O Lady of Earth and Heaven,
Whose being is bathed in glittering light,
Through you the vine and the pomegranate
Grow rich like royal blood.
Flowers burst from ready boughs,
And verdant meadows wake.
All rejoice, for the Bride has come.

(Excerpt, "Invocation of the Bride," pg. 111)

For those who want to take the Magdalene-Jesus story a step beyond
"The Da Vinci Code," this might be the perfect book for you. The
Holy Book of Mary Magdalene: The Path of The Grail Steward,
is
a handbook for a spiritual tradition that celebrates both the wisdom
and the love of Jesus and Mary Magdalene.

Magdalene-Jesus centric discourses, sacred prayers, ceremonies, and
seasonal festivals, give voice to this alternative religious view. The
Holy Book of Mary Magdalene
captures the mysteries of Jesus and Mary
Magdalene, weaving these sacred and iconic figures into a spiritual
practice that highlights the universal teachings of love and compassion.
